  • For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and inform. Cancellation is not chargable as long as the Rider has not left our station to pickup your garments. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay 50 Rupees as conveyance charges.
  • If the user wishes to request for refund of an order, the user shall drop an email at admin@laundrybucket.co.in with the order number requesting for refund.
  • When you are sending a refund request to us, you are required to email us with the images of defective product at admin@laundrybucket.co.in, along with your details including Name, Address and Order Number.
  • When you wish to raise a refund request directly, you may go to our website where you shall find appropriate links to contact us, where you shall provide Name, Email, Phone number and Order Number along with other details in message section.
  • Kindly allow at least 3 days to revert to you.
  • If any order is returned to us due to the unavailability of the user/customer, we shall reach out to the customer, and try to resend for an additional fee.
  • Company/ Website is not obliged to attempt redelivery more than twice. If user is not available to accept redelivery a second time, items will be returned to Company/ Website’s service provider and user will be notified accordingly by phone or email. Subsequent redelivery will be at user’s expense.
  • If user has failed to accept or arrange redelivery of an item for more than 30 days after the redelivery date specified in the order company/website may dispose of the item or donate it to charity.
  • In case of any damage to the clothes or loss of clothes the company shall refund half of the cost of such clothes provided the user produces a valid/original receipt reflecting the price of the clothes and proof of damage or loss by Laundry Bucket.
